Canterbury Court Garden Tower Amenity Deck

Canterbury Court is growing with new independent living and healthcare options

The Garden Tower

Atlanta’s original Life Plan Community is introducing new apartments to make our friendly senior living community bigger and better than ever. The Garden Tower is Canterbury Court’s largest residential expansion ever, doubling the footprint of its campus with 70 percent more residential apartments. These include spacious 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom independent living apartment homes — elegantly finished and customizable for the first residents.

Canterbury Court’s new apartments provide additional services and amenities to complement our already robust community. A brand-new senior apartment could become your gateway to a vibrant lifestyle on our Buckhead campus where you’ll find more room to do what makes you happiest, knowing a continuum of care is already in place if needed.

You’re invited to an event to learn more about our new senior apartments in Atlanta.

Monarch Pavilion

The new apartments are joined by Monarch Pavilion – a new home for all of Canterbury Court’s continuum of healthcare services. With a name inspired by the butterflies that inhabit the adjacent gardens, Monarch Pavilion is a four-story building to provide residents with the great healthcare they need, delivered by our outstanding team members with a person-centered approach.

Monarch Pavilion will be home to assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing care along with additional independent living apartments and other amenities. It includes:

  • Azalea View, the new assisted living neighborhood at Canterbury Court, located on the second and third floors of Monarch Pavilion. In addition to day-to-day support, residents will have access to the entire campus and organized outings. Azalea View offers one- and two-bedroom apartments with full kitchen, washer and dryer, a mix of shared and private balcony spaces, a common-area living room, exercise room, and dining room.

  • The expansion also includes Wisteria Park, home to Canterbury Court’s memory support services. Centered around a 10,000-square-foot garden and courtyard, Wisteria Park is designed to keep residents engaged and secure while enhancing and increasing mental activity, preserving memory, and boosting self-esteem. It includes common and private dining, living room, reading room, kitchen, activity room and private salon.

  • The third component of the new healthcare center is Sage Glen, a skilled nursing neighborhood available exclusively to Canterbury Court residents, providing them with short-term rehabilitation and recovery from surgery or illness along with professional skilled nursing for long-term care and management of chronic conditions. Sage Glen will feature dedicated physical, speech and occupational therapists along with private dining and activities.
