About Our Team

No such thing as “not my job.”

We open doors and serve with a smile. We use a team approach and treat residents as if we work inside their home, which we do. Our community has a rich history, and many of our team members have spent years serving residents. And why not – those who choose to spend some or all of their career at Canterbury Court are valued by leadership, peers and residents alike. This ideal is exemplified through a resident-funded scholarship fund for employees seeking to enrich their own lives through education.
