Text Message Terms

By opting in to text messages from Canterbury Court, you agree to these terms. Canterbury Court is operated by All Saints St Lukes Episcopal Home For The Retired Inc.

What we send

Canterbury Court sends marketing text messages to people who opt in, including invitations to community events and open houses, news about programs such as Bloom, and other updates about life at Canterbury Court.

How to opt in

You can opt in by entering your mobile number on our text sign up form at canterburycourt.org/text-updates and checking the consent box. The box is optional and unchecked by default.

Age requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to Canterbury Court text messages.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply HELP to any message for help, call 404-261-6611, or email marketing@canterburyccrc.org.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase, tour, or service.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt in data and consent are excluded from every category of information use and sharing described in our Privacy Policy, including any sharing with marketing partners, business partners, or agents.
